Pros

A culture where you can be yourself, no false pretenses. Everyone works very hard but is rewarded. 12 week 100% pay maternity leave, cost of living boost outside of merit increases, work from home program, great benefits and 401K contribution.

Cons

Not the highest pay I've ever received but the culture is worth the tradeoff.

Takes care of their employees. Yearly bonus. Great benefits. Growth based on ability not necessarily education. Teamwork. Work from home. Constantly evolving.

Cons

Younger workforce. Low rate of pay for new hires. Management beyond main supervisor not very involved.
