ST is having major difficulty - check out the recent press out of Europe

Business Outlook

Pros

Great customers for their ASIC business unit. Better than average compute resource and EDA licence access. Europe/US/India work very well together on same project.

Cons

Terrible review process, strictly curve based. Losing money and laying off whole locations. Very averse to telecommuting.
