Interesting technology and products. Company is willing to spend money on tools, machines.Reasonable workload, though tapeout schedule times can be a little much.

Cons

No significant training for employees. Not much room for advancement. They like to layoff people/location in the United States.

It provides amazing work life balance. One of the good places to work in North India in semi-conductor space. Provides good learning opportunity especially if one is fresher or has experience less than a year.

Cons

The compensation is on the lower side compared to peers. Benefits/bonuses are very limited. No stock/ESPP options available.
