Very nice work culture, provides daily bus service fro commutation to and fro office, provides free late night cabs

Cons

salary may not be that high compared to competetion, quality of work will depend on the team you get into. hikes may not be that big.

Great working relationship with co-worker. Opportunity to work in a multi site, multi continent environment. Good benefit in the US (401k, health care)

Cons

Upper management solely driven by the company stock price. No real incentive benefit to push pepole to work harder.
