Pros

Base pay was good along with commission.

Cons

Bad management. A lot of internal politics. Management will care about themselves. They wont work with you for development. They expect you to know everything without proper training. Training is a joke.

Pros

Nice office in Midtown. Nothing more.

Cons

Leadership is a total joke. Managers just wait around for orders from British leadership that fly in once a month in First Class, and couldn't care less about you. Corporate culture is TERRIBLE and the only people that advance are corporate yes men and women who have been putting up with their BS for a LONG TIME. Not a place for young smart, thoughtful and innovative people. If you are 60 and need a place to nod and take a pay check I'm sure its the perfect place for you. Strict requirements to receive any pay increase (years of waiting).
