Thanks for review. Of all the pros we receive, our awesome colleagues always comes top - this is fantastic and makes your working day so much easier when you have supporting, friendly people around you. We have been working hard to improve communications - from Sage Live TV broadcasts, YourSage global intranet with local and company-wide communications, weekly 1-2-1s, All Hands Calls, leadership 'fire-side chats'/round tables etc. Sage values its people - everything from the recent summer parties held to say thank you for your hard work, other local events such as Christmas parties, our employee assistance programme and great benefits. investing in our physical infrastructure with fantastic offices - these are a few examples of what Sage does. Plus, giving back to the community by each colleague having the opportunity to spend 5 days per year volunteering. Thanks again for your feedback.

Thanks for your review. We are glad the 6% 401K match is well received. I am sorry you feel Sage is disorganised but without further context, it's difficult to respond accurately. As you know, we have transformed the business recently to create One Sage, and the internal document 'The Sage Way' outlines how we are organized across our seven regions and functions. It sets out how we collaborate, how we live our values, and how we flawlessly execute to put our customers first. Sage Way is about bringing brilliant execution, a strong and positive culture, and our cause of supporting the business builders together. We have amazing people, great products that every business on this planet needs, and a cause that inspires us to do our very personal best. Thanks for your review.

Pros

Reasonably modern office - some good people to work with. Free parking, onsite gym and good range of benefits

Cons

Tech support department has been on the decline for a number of years following years of key man dependency which certain teams have tried to get away from but it remains still now. Lack of progression unless your face fits. Tech support is now as much about sales as actually resolving the reason for the customer's contact. Programmes are now bug ridden due to level of knowledge and experience of people testing programmes who use testing time as free time away from the phones rather than actually testing and identifying problems. Morale across whole department has never been lower and constant reminders of the incentives that the sales teams receive is just salt into the wounds
