Annual random redundancy rounds to meet financial targets often from critical depts which leave remaining colleagues burnt out and operational quality completely compromised.
No change management expertise which is a big miss for a company trying to constantly transform
Mandated 3 day RTO which was implemented very coldly.
Demotivating bonus scheme where financial targets are higher than those communicated to the market and are never released to colleagues. No one knows what needs to be achieved to reach target payout, but every year they tell the market we have reached target but colleagues get payout well below target. Needs rectifying if you want the bonus to actually encourage colleagues to push harder.
Don’t live their values of Human, Trust and Bold.
Ultimately a company which is very confused about its trying to be and isn’t really honest with itself about what it is.
