      Some great pros but beware of the cons!

      Pros

      Great facilities, location, parking, salary, benefits. Some excellent staff who demonstrate loyalty and passion for what they do. Worked there for a long time, and for the most part, enjoyed it.

      Cons

      Communication poor. Quality of leadership team has deteriorated over the past 5 years, many of the better managers have left, The ones that are left either don't know what direction they're going in or they're not very good at communicating it to the staff. Total lack of direction. Also the most political company I've ever worked for, if you don't know how to play the game, forget it.

      Benefits, time-off, good co-workers and good products.

      Cons

      Management doesn't care if their staff is properly compensated. Employees are expected to accept decreased wages due to unobtainable goals. The attitude of "you just have to accept it" is creating low moral and causing the company to lose great employees.

      Great company to work for. International corporation with presence in all continents. Employees are treated well. Many employment/growth opportunities.

      Cons

      The company goes through leadership changes almost once every 2-3 yrs. This causes a lot of uncertainty.
