Pros

No leadership, direction and lots of back stabbing. Each dept leader works in a silo and always looking to throw other people in other dept under the bus.

Cons

See pro's.......in a constant state of lack of communication and firing people.

Pros

The ability to work from home. Substantial paid time off at start of employment. Better than average benefit package. Short company name.

Cons

Turning into just another call center only concerned with throwing warm bodies on the phones. Lack of care for employees or customer.
