Pros
Fantastic team. Talented inspiring people, - joy to work with. I like the product a lot and what the company is trying to achieve in the market. It has not yet reached the size where everyone gets to do just one thing, so endless opportunities to get involved with various projects and progress within your team as well as into other teams should one express interest and capability.
Cons
Personally I enjoy it but some people can find it very challenging and too fast paced. If you want 'just a job' this is not a good place for you since it requires a lot of energy and sometimes personal time. Some poor decision made in the past by senior management, but things have improved a lot since.
