Pros

- Great atmosphere and culture: very welcoming, relaxed and sociable. - Challenging work: as fast-paced tech company on the rise there are tonnes of chances to exhibit creativity and to constantly progress with your work - Organic hierarchy and very transparent management. - Great perks: health, dental and free fruit, as well as regular nerf gun fights in-office.

Cons

- The fast paced nature of a tech start-up means that sometimes strategic decisions are rushed, which can be frustrating - Minimal contributions towards a pension scheme

Pros

Great vibe, energetic teams, flexible working, open culture, approachable managers who actually give a monkeys. I've worked here for over 8 years and it's pretty cool to have the feeling that you're on to a winner - to be helping propel a company to be a globally recognised brand. We've grown the Engineering team x3 over the last year and the pace is awesome. It's really cool to be working with and learning from some seriously smart folk who are all eager to share their knowledge.

Cons

Keeping projects coordinated in such a fast growing company has been a challenge. We've made a few mistakes but our nimble outlook has meant we can adapt quickly as required.

Pros

Great perks including generous pension allowance, and they do take time to look after their people

Cons

Can be slow to get things done, and at times management seemed reluctant to take the big decisions needed.
