You can even ask questions directly or anonymously about anything! We are very pleased you are interested in our company strategy, and it’s clear you have jumped in with both feet! Have you seen Stephen Kelly’s CEO Unplugged videos also on our intranet? He answers colleague questions, and this includes a deep dive into our strategy and goals. We also do a huge all-company kick-off annually where we all come together to align and discuss our strategy for the year. It’s very detailed, interactive, and serious fun…so get ready.
