Than you for your review. It's great you like our agile methodology - this works really well as it allows us to deliver at pace and with continuous improvement. Having a gym on site is fantastic and handy from a work life balance perspective. We are a high-performance culture, and our performance requirements reflect that culture. Our colleague surveys do indicate that our colleagues want clearer parameters around performance expectations, and we are already making those changes based directly on that feedback. Thank you for taking the time to share your perspectives with us.

Working at Sage, you will find the company really invest in its human capital. You will be working with top performers in the industry and the best part is they are always willing to share their knowledge and help you where possible. I have worked in a few professional services organizations before but at Sage, the experience is really different. Awesome colleagues! Besides, the company also encourages its employees to give back to society through Sage Foundation so you will have the opportunities to go out there and help out with various community projects that make your professional life a lot more exciting and meaningful.

If you are not a result-oriented person or don't like to work in a fast paced environment then it can be a cons
