Good Benefits, Poor Management

Pros

Their benefits were good. The team I worked with in software development was great. Most of the time work/life balance was good but sometimes it was awful.

Cons

Really poor management. Top heavy in management, not enough people to do the actual work. Upper management lacked vision for future and strategy.

Pros

There are plenty of fun and interesting people in the office, very new and nice facilities, and prime location in downtown San Francisco.

Cons

Management and product. Product is developed without understand where the company is going. New functionality is developed, a new release will then break said functionality, and the product team decides to table fixing the broken functionality in favor of developing new features. Management does not understand the small business needs that make up their core demographic.
