Pros

The only positive thing about working at Sage is the lack of dress code. You can wear jeans every day.

Cons

Management has no clue. They promote slackers who they're friends with and ignore employees that work hard and do their job.

Thanks for your review. I am sorry you didn't enjoy working at Sage - there's so much that's amazing about working here! Today for example, in the UK (other countries will follow), we've had kids@sage day - it's been amazing having colleagues' children - making cakes, dancing, doing a scavenger hunt...certainly put smiles on lots of faces. Hello and thanks for taking time to write your review. It's great to read PTO works well for you in North America and you achieve a positive work life balance. Both are crucial for our people and we regularly receive such positive feedback on these two subjects. It's disappointing to hear your thoughts about not getting a straight answers - good two-way open and honest communication is important to us at Sage. Not knowing the context it's hard to understand where you are having this issue i.e. is it your manager or does it go further? A good starting point would be to have a great conversation with your manager, tell her/him your thoughts and where/when it's happened and the impact it has on your and the team.
