Pros

Good people. Most have been there a long time. They want to do well but are held back by an poor company strategy.

Cons

Dysfunctional senior leadership, led by an egomaniac in London, Pascal needs to go. Product line is old and tired. Too many redundant products.

Pros

Work life balance is awesome with flexible hours and work at home opportunities. Lots of vacation and sick time available as you stay longer.

Cons

Employees are not valued much in terms of salary, training, or promotions. I feel more like a resource or an employee number than I feel like a person who matters to the company.

Pros

Vacations, not heavy workload and good benefits

Cons

Management is promoting friends and buds because that is the corporate culture and itself got ahead that way. I do not believe, management is interested in actual good employees because they make their inner circle look bad
