Thanks for reviewing Sage. We totally agree with you, our people are great - our greatest asset hence the investment Sage makes in them. Whether that's the learning & development platform called Linda.com with thousands of hours of videos, from learning how to code, to how to improve your personal branding. Our new global Intranet, which is only going to get better...have you seen the careers section? It's all about how to develop your career here at Sage. Also, we recognise the importance of great leaders, so we are investing in the new leadership programme. We feel this will make a real difference as more than 2000 people leaders will be undertaking the training. We are also investing heavily in the places where our colleagues work and the feedback has been outstanding! Our Mentoring@Sage programme is something we continue to invest in as this is great for our people who wish to develop their careers. There's improvements currently being made to the on-boarding portal and we are looking to create a global induction too - this will make a difference to our new people and provide a great consistent experience.
