The new Leadership@Sage programme is for our people managers - we know that what they do every day has an impact on all of us….our colleagues, our brand and of course our business performance. Our leaders are responsible for creating a great place to work, a place where we attract and retain the best colleagues. A place where colleagues love coming to work and want to shout/talk about Sage. As leaders they influence and shape that culture. Leadership as we all should know, is not a set of HR processes – it is taking colleagues on a journey through their time at Sage, supporting, challenging and guiding them.
