Where do I begin. Micromanaging is over the top. Manager will insert themselves into any deal, conversation etc. To the point where they will kill the deal. They do not give you or the customer a chance to breathe. Territories will play a huge part in if you're successful or not. One person was handed a territory with 90% of customers dropping SF. They expected that individual to hit quota every month. Manager blamed the AE and said they needed to do more. (Manager sat on meetings and helped run meetings with AE) Price of SF is makes it hard to compete with competitors that are offering similar products at a far greater discount. Not sure how the 9% price increase is going to help. two faced management from top to bottom. Managers will smile in your face and say you're doing well and then talk behind your back to your peers. (As if the peers won't relay this message back, because no one is happy with management)

-Activist investors have driven exec team to cut bonuses and reduce pay, cut entire teams and expect the survivors to pick up the pieces -Frenetic priorities that shift day to day making impossible to plan or execute -Morale is at a nadir, the reason most people are still here is because of a poor surrounding job moment -Trust is a five letter word that means nothing anymore -Product strategy is aimless and confusing our customers
