Pros
Salesforce is great to work at for many reasons. Work Specific: As a project/client based role, I am assigned to only one project at a time and therefore can focus my attention on that client. There are tons of supplemental projects, trainings, and activities offered from Certification Prep to Probono projects. I have always felt supported by my manager and leadership. Work/Life: The work/life balance is great at Salesforce and I truly feel as though the company thinks of employees as people rather that units of work. I recently was able to take 6 months of Parental Leave which was incredible and not something widely offered in the US today.
Cons
Because you only work on one project at a time, you do have to be proactive about signing up for additional opportunities. Further, since Salesforce is such a large company it can be difficult to network outside your work stream which can impact your ability to advance.
