      Pros

      I have met some of the greatest people here and made lifelong friends. I hope to maintain these relationships even after I have moved on.

      Cons

      There used to be a time when walking into the office was invigorating. There was a sense of team and we truly enjoyed ourselves. Now you can hear a pin drop and feel immense tension in the air. Management turns a blind eye to our concerns and no matter what their reason, it is unacceptable.
