Extreme Micro management; You do the work - you manager will take the credit; When you cap on your salary, they will bring somone in under you to phase you out.

Stressful. Not able to spend enough time in the field due to administrative duties. No help from upper management. Customers always unhappy about service. Not enough technicians.
