Pros

Seemed promising from the interview, as they said they care about your career growth.

Cons

For everything you have to do, the pay isn't worth it. The term "specialist" means you still do all other jobs too. Permanent position but you sign an agreement that cements you in your shift and your position (18months). Asking for time off for school, life, or go to a new department, they will refer back to that agreement..... You get in trouble if you try to implement new ways to facilitate tasks. They made an announcement when we allowed email as a way to communicate to members....in 2016, we used fax and mail previously.
