Pros

Scotia applause points better than....

Cons

The bank only cares about making money, not about the staff wellbeing. From job cuts, to horrible pension scheme etc. Things were good back then untill that CEO. Management leaks out information from their meeting and trickle it down to junior staffers. "Very dishonest". Management would watch supervisors treat their subordinates horribly and do nothing.
