Pros

- Big 5 bank with a proven rep. - International footprint. - Really good in some businesses (punches above its weight).

Cons

- When the CEO calls the culture "overly collegial" (he did to the G&M in 2016), you know it's going to go south. And it did. - People just don't care about eachother. - There are less stressful places to earn more money.

Pros

- Global company - Currently investing in tech

Cons

- Senior management is severely out of touch with how cities not named Toronto, Vancouver, or Calgary operate. - Culture was toxic; high turnover - Career opportunities in Winnipeg were disappearing and almost non-existent if you did not want to be on the sales side.

Pros

Excellent policies and procedures; great products and services; decent compensation

Cons

DVP and Regional VP management are not leaders, they tend to be more micro managers and most do not practice what they preach. Move to tech was long over due but it was implemented in a poorly thought out way.
