Pros

Standard hours, benefits, some room for growth

Cons

Doesn't take care of their own. Claims to be customer focused but will not be sympathetic when a customer needs it. The rich get richer.

Pros

Nothing that I can think of. Colleagues at same level were easy to get along with.

Cons

There is no such thing as work life balance despite the fact they preach it. Rolling of the eyes if you need to take time off and lectured if you leave before 6pm. Don't support you if you become ill. And management is a joke. Promotions are rarely based on merit.
