Pros

Not a whole lot. Grateful to have spent some time early in my career here for general experience, but extremely hierarchical. Happy to have done it to know what I don't want to do.

Cons

Everything. Low pay, poor culture, lack of development. This is not a place for young people - it's full of career 9-5ers that are only interested in taking home a paycheque.

Pros

it's sort of a con, but if you have a good relationship with your manager you can ride out a good career.

Cons

highly political culture, where posturing and showmanship go a long way!
