Pros

+Pension plan if we you want to stay long + Multicultural environment. Coworkers from everywhere.

Cons

- The bank wants to reduce OPEX at expense of employees benefits/salary so they can increase their net profits and thus the price of the stocks. - They have many give to community events but almost 100% of the proceeds come from voluntary donations from employees and not from the bank itself. Basically they are very cheap. - VPs won't listen to their staff's feedback. - They used to say you don't get higher salary but you get job security, last year there were massive layoffs. - I 'm rating them bad in work/life balance because the want to get away from work from home, just because someone said others are doing so..
