Pros

Nice people in general, especially peers. Quite a bit of autonomy. Agile project management methodology, which is better than waterfall.

Cons

Hierarchical and judgemental leadership. Conservative. Dangle carrots to make you do the level-up job for 2+ years before they allow you to apply to it, and by then you're demoralized. New boss every 6 months. Make you pay for your own xmas and summer party. No coffee!
