Pros

Full responsibility for credit structuring. Always had the opportunity to show why the transaction should be done. Credibility could be built.

Cons

No meritocratic culture. Unfortunately most senior bankers become politicians. Senior bankers afraid to change status quo.

Big company and many things to learn, great staff and an international Bank

Cons

Very low salaries and management does not seem to care. They just let go talent. Heavy issues regarding technology and platforms, and a very slow paced institution.
