Pros

Easy work, great location. Very low expectations which makes it easy to look like a super star. Stress level is minimal.

Cons

Don't value "workers". Poor management. Benefits and compensation is extremely poor. Unrealistic expectations, lack of clear direction.

Pros

Branches have formal career planning processes in place Great training programs for advisors Great social/community programs

Cons

Many branch managers are forced to micro manage employees (due to higher levels of management) Limited ability to make a difference/have an impact Creative thinking is not welcome (have to follow a process - no thinking outside the box)

Pros

Good pay. Coworkers are great. Bosses can be understanding.

Cons

Reduction in benefits every year. Goals are increased strongly each year: one year it increased 500% and the next year another 180%. Lots of talk about being technology driven, but they use really old systems (windows 95/2000) and new tools to use are just forms and excel spreadsheets. Many people laid off in the past year (2016).
