Pros

Good base salary, good supervisors

Cons

You'll be collecting past due amounts and talking to people with bad credit who do not want to pay. Being on the phone is your job, information that doesn't finish

Senior Management is making short term plans without a larger strategy and it shows.

Good Stepping Stone

Pros

Willingness to teach, lots of opportunities for growth, lots of networking opportunities, banking benefits

Cons

Pressure to meet sales numbers - especially when employees are still in learning phases and doing courses, sometimes a lack of flexibility due to branch hours. Have to study for and pass your mutual funds exams off office time.
