Pros

Many positions in the bank give employees exposure to international operations; given the company's global footprint. Communications with staff in other locations are common, which give employees the sense of being part of a true global company.

Cons

Recently the company is embarking into a number of digital initiatives which will help the bank offer better products to its customers and be more efficient. As a result there is a need for staff with strong digital / internet capabilities in lieu of non-digital / traditional skills.
