Pros

I like that we are no commission based. Some staff acct perks, but very minimal. depending where you at, branches close early.

Cons

Long hours. Lots of office politics. Some people that you work with have bad ethics becasue it's a sales nature, people are like sharks and they fight.

Pros

- Decent pay for regular tellers. - Good hours since most branches closes earlier than other banks. - Opportunities to move up (although not really worth it)

Cons

- Sales sales sales all the time, up in your face - Getting a promotion does not increase your pay by much but adds a ton of work. Pay is less than if you had gotten hired off the street fo the position. - Depending on the branch, some branches have a culture of volunteering to stay late to meet sales goals. Work is life - Sales goals increase by an absurd amount every year regardless of whether or not you have met your goals this year
