Pros

Scotiabank puts a lot of emphasis on training and team work. I have had the pleasure of working with the most incredible people, who help each other in stressful times.

Cons

Every branch is run differently. So experiences can vary widely. Performance incentives have changed drastically and not worth the effort put in. Career advancement can be political. Systems are very outdated and policies need to be relaxed in some areas in order for us to compete with other institutions.
