Pros

Friendly people and collegial environment. Flex days for personal benefit. Work life balance.

Cons

Dated corporate culture. Poorly articulated strategy at the senior commercial leadership level. Limited training provided. Lack industry appropriate compensation. Poor morale. Poor communication. Risk culture is so conservative so it's difficult to get deals done. Painful credit process.

Pros

Some great people to work with and systems improving. Pay in line with other banks. They promote learning and want you to have a career not just a job

Cons

Change implemented too often, too fast with unrealizable expectations. Branch environment is becoming toxic with very high expectations for all sales officers and service providers with minimal support from management. Moving support/call centers to Ontario not well received by staff
