Pros

good culture. lots of opportunities. mostly good managers.

Cons

they expect you to do way too much with the client. sell everything under the sun. use web based tools, talk about life insurance, credit cards, investments, mortgages, bank accounts. Fill out the clients budget, add notes, complete compliance etc all in an hour. All that being said, you will do well if you just focus on selling. Ignore all the other stuff.

Pros

They will pay you what is agreed upon when you are hired. You also can basically not be fired unless you really try to get fired.

Cons

They will never, ever go above the bare minimum that they have to do for you but expect that you will go far beyond the call of duty for your bosses and clients
