Pros
great benefits, branch colleagues and atmosphere is supportive even though everyone is overworked and does not have time to help.
Cons
'job aids' are outdated, incorrect, or at best only make sense once you know what you're doing and just need a reminder. Training focused on soft skills, no real training on products or systems. The what and how of your role are expected to be picked up through trial and error... with clients!! I understand that this may sound like i'm the problem but the issue truly is the lack of training. There is no clear answer for any system or product questions and I understand why they recommend you just jump in and learn on the job-it's faster that way. Unfortunately, that means that you look like a fool in front of clients a lot and have to learn to bs people so that you can buy yourself more time to figure out how to best help them. Not a very positive experience.
