Pros

- Clients are wonderful! - Free bank account and Premium credit cards.

Cons

- ZERO work/life balance. - EXTREME favoritism. - Complete lack of respect for staff privacy rights. - Manager's allowed to swear at and abuse staff without any fear of reprisal. - Immigrant staff face bullying to such a degree that it is affecting health and family relationships. If a first generation Canadian makes an honest error, s/he is belittled, reprimanded and written up; in front of staff & customers alike. Any other staff make identical error on same date, it is never noticed.

We’re very concerned about the experience you are describing in your review. We’d strongly encourage you to check out the Pathways to Resolution on HR Passport that shows you how to raise your concerns to Staff Ombuds Office or your Employee Relations Manager. Alternatively, please call the HR Call Centre where you can also speak confidentially about your personal experiences.”

Pros

Large company, job security is fairly good. Limited room for growth. Many locations.

Cons

Internal job applications are now processed at a high level which limits your growth. Recent change in CEOs creates an uncertainty in regards to job security. New CEO centralized almost everything to Toronto which also limits growth. Company did major lay offs during economic mix downturn in Alberta. No care for people. My highest raise in my 9 years was 2% (I am a top performer).

Pros

Good pay and benefits for part-time. Ideal for students or those seeking part time work.

Cons

Poor management Horrible training Expected to worship executive team as if they are gods? "Big Brother" culture where everything you do is being watched
