Pros

I used to love my job.

Cons

massive firing recently- "downsizing". Good people with 10 years of training - fired. now staff half to do three times as much work. every day is a mountain to crawl over. constant nagging - referred to as "coaching". I'd just like to actually work instead of talking about it. Even when you preform and make totals of 120% - 150.0% - it's never enough.

Pros

It's an easy enough job for sitting around and talking to customers (mainly older).

Cons

Any customer that comes into a bank now either has a problem or is in a bad mood about their money problems and wants to take it out on someone.

Pros

Quite a few knowledgeable qualified people who do the best they can to get their jobs done.

Cons

Lot of changes, lot of layoffs that will continue for many months in all divisions, groups. If you are under 40, and male, you will have a better chance at a job/career, otherwise they don't have much use for you.
