Pros

Great people to work with. Most employees are down to earth and great to get along with. Banking benefits are standard.

Cons

Bad communication from upper management, lower pay for a bank. The benefits are substandard due to recent changes. Old systems, too many departments you need to deal with. Hard to work with so many meetings.

good ppl to work with.

Cons
