Pros

Lots of talented people that share the same vision. Good pension benefits and good stock option benefits. Lot of collaboration between business lines when a common goal is shared. Good compensation package (Bonus).

Cons

Senior management sometimes can be cryptic; though not in all departments. Salary compensation could be better; IE someone that's been in the same role as I have but only 1 year (I have been for 3) makes slightly more than I do.

Pros

Great place to work if you're interested in the Banking industry. Depending on what you do it's a great place if you want to have a life as well (it's mainly 9-5 job and then you're free to do what you want).

Cons

Low pay, not too many opportunities. The perks are just not what you get at some of these other companies, especially in the tech community.
