Pros

Great overall package (salary, bonus, vacation, stock options, free banking etc), there is an employee recognition program whereby you can "cash in" to extra bonuses like gift cards and an annual "set of the Best for a chance to win a trip, culture is changing in a good way under Brian Porter to be more performance oriented and more accountable which rewards people who work smart. They are putting very smart leadership in place. I think it is one of the best employers in Canada.

Cons

Change takes a long time
