Pros

Excellent mobility between positions and departments. There is immense opportunity for those who work hard enough to uncover it. Pay can accelerate quickly.

Cons

Initial salaries are below average to the marketplace. Management can severely impact performance ratings and pay improvement negatively. Benefits are also poor.

Pros

Large company with lots of varied career options. Excellent collaborative people at the Director and below level. Excellent customer service and pride at the Branch level.

Cons

Highly politicized at the VP+ level. Slow to adopt change. Few formal processes (constant wheel-reinventing). Some less than ideal work locations.
