Pros

Strong corporate culture, and great people to work with. With an older group of employees it is a great time to jump on as promotions are very realistic.

Cons

In the end it is a bank and they can move really slowly. Not fast enough for me to develop back end software to aid with business developments.

Pros

Great company culture. Reasonable work and life balance. Good training and continuous education to further develop career goals.

Cons

Compensation might not as competitive as other FI. Can NOT move on to other department or get promotion if branch manager or DVP do not approve your move due to shortage of length at your current position.
