C - level leadership have turned a culture that used to be a positive into a fearful, non collaborating, job protecting, dysfunctional one.

Pros

Global organization, employee share ownership, used to be an employer of choice: not anymore since 2 years ago. Do not recommend. Find work somewhere else!

Cons

Porter and his cronies getting rid of talented, experienced and long tenured staff, cost cutting at the expense of the employees becoming too overworked, clients at the receiving end of poor customer service and inefficient operations.

Pros

Global, diverse, multi-faceted, complex organization. Lots of opportunity for varied experiences and growth.

Cons

Tremendous amount change being implemented; drastic shifts and change in culture with little regard for employee experience; many long tenured, valued employees being treated with no respect or dignity.
