Pros

-paycheque, and some good people. That's really all I can think of. Most of the people I work with hate there job.

Cons

It's bad! My basic day is getting asked how many financial plans I do or how maybe pacs I sell. My boss doesn't talk to me other wise. Even if I met my goals there is always some mundane thing. Let's say you met your sales goal but didn't have 18 meetings a week or enough marketing calls you would be lucky to get a quality rating. District management has no idea what is going on in branches. Branch management bullies and harasses staff, maybe talk to you staff and see what's going on and respect what they say v

Pros

The co-workers and customers are so genuine. The 'banking hours' are a nice plus. Clean work environment.

Cons

The bank is changing and thats one of the reasons I decided to leave. The CEO doesn't care about the service staff anymore. There has been so many layoffs. They are also going through these Waves, which made some employees reapply for their own jobs. They have become so heartless. Cutting hours to employees that have been there a long time, so they can hire someone cheaper. Its just not a pleasant environment. The managers are under a lot of stress and take it out on the staff.
