Pros

They really try to support your development; this is good if you want to grow within the branch and bank in general. Bonuses in December.

Cons

Call nights that are paid but feel pressured to do (outside of shift)

Pros

Great People to work with. Get exposed to different type of work. Get to develop, in terms of training and certification.

Cons

The pay is on the lower end comparing to other banks. The health benefit plan has become worst than before.
