Pros

The company is a great place to work at! Scotiabank has established its foothold not only in Canada but in international zones as well. I've had an amazing time so far and some of the things I really like about Scotiabank is the caring corporate culture, tight knit teams, and extensive community involvement.

Cons

Some technology and information management systems need to be upgraded. But the good thing is that the bank is gradually working on it.

Fun, but little advancement

Pros

Friendly environment, but at the same time there's quite a bit of politics involved. Hours are ok. Able to work shifts that fit into your schedule (part-time).

Cons

Little advancement opportunities regardless of productivity within the your job term. Repetitive job for sure, but that is expected with this job.
