Pros

(At branch level)Great chance to network and expand one's personal career to other places

Cons

Branch managers have been there for long time. Most of them have been there since they were tellers. Growth opportunities are limited to you own motivation. Do not expect to be given this chance on your own. Make sure you demand time to do so. Bonus pay is only disbursed in December......if you leave early then it is not pro-rated! Remember that!
